You'll be responsible for:
Providing great service to landlords and tenants
Be the first port of call for property enquiries
Assisting with/Involvement in Social Media
Listing our re-let properties using our company framework and standards
Booking and conducting viewings and recommending tenants to our clients
Liaising with landlords and tenants on pre-application enquiries
Generating positive reviews
Working to KPIs and targets
What We're Looking For
Lettings & compliance experience (advantageous, but not essential)
Quality sales/negotiation skills and a customer-focused attitude
Genuine interest in property and people
Empathy and emotional intelligence
Strong IT literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Great problem-solving ability
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Confident working under your own initiative and contributing as part of a team
A full driving licence and your own transport (MUST HAVE)

25,000 starting salary + uncapped commission (OTE 27,000+ in Year 1)
