18,000 - 20,000 as a basic salary, with additional earning potential through our commission scheme

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Build to Rent Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the leasing of high-quality rental properties within our Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio across London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sector and work in a customer-focused, modern 'lifestyle' rental environment.
As a Build To Rent Lettings Negotiator, you will:
Qualify new applicants and guide them through the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement and move in.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm and in in depth knowledge of our BTR developments and amenities.
Handle inbound inquiries and generate interest through proactive marketing and networking.
Negotiate tenancy terms to secure the best outcome for both Landlord and Tenant.
Conduct referencing checks and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation is met.
Deliver exceptional service to applicants, residents, and landlords.
Manage client expectations effectively, aiming to exceed them every time.
Collaborate with the BTR in-house teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience.
Introduce new business opportunities
Key Requirements
Previous experience in lettings, sales or a customer-facing sales role - BTR experience is advantageous but not necessary.
Strong negotiation and sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
A proactive and driven attitude with a passion for property.
Knowledge of relevant rental legislation and compliance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
