Location:

Canary Wharf



Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)



Salary:

18,000 + Commission

OTE:

60,000 - 100,000+


Travel or Car Allowance:

Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (2,500 PA) or a car allowance (5,000 PA) to support your daily commute

Key Responsibilities



As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in connecting landlords with prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and successful lettings process from start to finish.



Your main responsibilities will include:


Client Registration & Viewings:

Register applicant interest, arrange viewings, and match tenants with the right properties efficiently and professionally

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide a high standard of service to both landlords and applicants, maintaining strong relationships and a reputation for reliability

Tailored Support:

Understand and manage applicants' needs with attention and care, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience

Offer Management:

Handle the offer process from negotiation through to agreement, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties involved

Performance & Results:

Work proactively to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on delivering results in a competitive, fast-moving market
