Overview

Located in Cathays--the energetic centre of Cardiff's student community--JNR Properties has been connecting students and young professionals with quality accommodation since 2012. With a fast-growing portfolio of around 200 properties, ranging from modern one-bed apartments to large shared houses, we're expanding our team. We're seeking a proactive, sales-focused individual who thrives on generating leads, driving lettings conversions, and delivering an exceptional tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high-impact property viewings

, confidently presenting features and benefits to maximise interest and secure applications.

Actively generate and nurture leads

through phone, email, and in-person communication, ensuring strong follow-up to convert enquiries into successful lets.

Support and drive lettings negotiations

, helping secure tenants quickly and efficiently to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Proactively promote our property portfolio

, using initiative and creativity to boost visibility, engagement, and lettings performance.

Deliver outstanding customer service

, ensuring prospective and current tenants feel supported throughout the entire lettings journey.

Manage tenancy onboarding

, ensuring all documents, checks, and processes are completed accurately and on time.

Provide administrative support

to help the team operate smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

A strong passion for lettings, sales, and property. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A full, clean driving licence. A

proactive, self-motivated attitude

, with the ability to manage your own schedule and consistently meet or exceed targets. Previous lettings or sales experience is advantageous but

not essential

--full training will be provided. Strong customer service skills and the confidence to build rapport with prospective tenants. A positive, energetic mindset with a real drive to achieve results.

Starting from 26,985 per year (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required

Location:

Cardiff (in-person role)

Requirements:

Ability to reliably commute to Cardiff or relocate before starting; clean driving licence
