Our client, who are a very well regarded boutique agency are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator for their Central London office. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for real estate, this is an exciting opportunity to further your career with a leading agency.

Ideally, you will have 2-3 years experience in London as you will be working closely with the Lettings Manager on Market Appraisals, personal fee generation and working with the wider Lettings team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct property valuations and appraisals.
  • Coordinate property viewings and handle tenant enquiries.
  • Negotiate rental terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2-3 Years proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the London real estate market.
  • Ideally, a strong understanding of the Central London property market.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of rental property regulations and compliance.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A valid UK driving license is preferred.
Our client is offering upto a \xc2\xa328k Basic Salary & \xc2\xa360k OTE.
