What You'll Be Doing

Registering new applicants and managing tenancy enquiries Organising and conducting property viewings across Greater Manchester Negotiating between landlords and tenants to secure successful lets Completing inventories, check-ins and check-outs when required Cross-selling additional services to boost your commission Generating new business and nurturing repeat clients Supporting sales enquiries and viewings when needed

Who We're Looking For

You'll be someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a people-first approach. The ideal candidate will:

Have

at least 2 years of UK lettings or estate agency experience

Be articulate, personable, and well-presented Possess strong organisational and communication skills Hold a

full UK driving licence

and have access to your own vehicle (mileage paid) Be comfortable working in a varied, fast-paced role Be able to work

at least 3 in 4 Saturdays per month

(day off in lieu provided) Live within

10 miles of SK8

for reliable commuting
