The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in managing property lettings from start to finish. This includes liaising with landlords and tenants, conducting property viewings, handling tenancy agreements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient letting process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements. Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants. Managing inquiries, bookings, and feedback efficiently. Ensuring all properties meet legal requirements before letting. Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Driving:

A valid driving license is required, with a 45p per mile reimbursement for travel.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills are essential. A proactive approach and a passion for property are also key to success in this role.

What We Offer:

Competitive basic salary of 25,000 - 28,000, depending on experience. 23 days holiday, plus your birthday off and Bank Holidays. A supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Location:

Waterloo, Liverpool

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 10.00- 3.00 PM

Additional Hours:

1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off the following week)

Travel:

Must have a valid driving license (45p per mile reimbursement for travel away from the place of work)
