Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements with prospective tenants.
Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and address tenant inquiries promptly.
Utilise multilingual skills to communicate with a diverse clientele.
Organise and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or lettings.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple listings and client interactions effectively.
Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients confidently.
A genuine interest in the property market and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
