The Role
We are seeking a personable and experienced lettings negotiator to support our Lettings Manager and contribute to the team's success. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with the potential to progress into a senior role in the future. You will play a key part in viewings, managing tenancies, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth operations within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Lettings Manager in managing a portfolio of properties, including tenant inquiries, viewings, and tenancy agreements
Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, maintaining strong relationships
Coordinate compliance and renewals
Support administrative tasks
Contribute to the team's success with a proactive and positive attitude
What We're Looking For
Essential
: At least 2 years of solid experience in lettings or estate agency.
ARLA qualification would be ideal (or we can provide training and exam mentoring)
A personable, professional, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
A stable career history, demonstrating commitment
Ability to work well in a team, with a good work ethic and a passion for delivering results.
Available for alternate Saturdays (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with a day off in lieu on Wednesdays.
What We Offer
OTE Salary
: 28,000 - 35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Commission:
Based on experience, number of lets and customer satisfaction
Hours
: Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and alternate Saturdays 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with Wednesday off in lieu).
Holiday
: 20 days annual leave, rising to 25 days with service.
Training
: As the
