Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective landlords and tenants, providing detailed information about properties and services Conduct property viewings and assist clients through the lettings process Negotiate offers between landlord and tenant to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions, including tenancy agreements Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using organisational systems Develop and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media Maintaining Regular Inspection Records

Qualifications

Proven negotiation experience, demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to support our diverse client base Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving Previous experience in property management, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided A valid driving licence is essential
