Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lettings Negotiator at Cottage Fields in Barnet, Greater London. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for landlord/tenant matters, estate agent duties, communication with clients, property management, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Book and arrange viewings. Dealing with employers and councils where applicable. Taking an application from holding fee to handing over to management, with all relevant documents in place. Meeting and greeting clients in the office. Updating clients with the process. Using your own initiative to seek ways of improving and securing better results. Hitting targets both individual and group. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations Maintain a high standard of customer service in line with Cottage Fields Standards Market properties through various channels to attract potential clients Handle inquiries from prospective tenants Prepare contracts and agreements for property transactions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market trends Maintain Excellentrelationship with landlords and constantly maintain communication

Qualifications

Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters, Estate Agents, and Property Management Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of the Greater London property market Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Relevant certification or qualification in Real Estate or Property Management (at least 1 year) Valid License and Car
