Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client records using estate agency CRM systems
Advertise new properties across various online platforms and portals
Create engaging property listings with attention to detail and accuracy
Generate and nurture relationships with landlords to bring new properties to market
Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities
Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
Ensure all marketing materials and listings are up to date and professionally presented
Requirements:
Previous experience in a property or estate agency role preferred
Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with all major CRM systems
Strong advertising and marketing skills to effectively promote properties
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
A positive attitude and a drive to achieve and exceed targets
