We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating the renting of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the property market, along with excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple listings and client interactions effectively.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information to potential buyers and tenants. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients. Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms. Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing contracts and documentation.

Requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Administrative skills are important for maintaining records and managing paperwork. Multilingual abilities are a plus, allowing for better communication with a diverse clientele. A full driving licence is preferred for conducting property viewings.
