Viewings Agent| Home Made

We're looking for individuals with strong sales experience outside of real estate, who are ready to provide exceptional in-person service. As a Viewings Agent, you'll have the chance to explore London while assisting prospective renters in finding their ideal home!

Salary:

OTE 50,000 + (25k base)

Working hours

: This is a full-time role based on 5 days per week, with shifts scheduled within our core operating hours of Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 8:00pm.

Location:

The position requires daily travel across London - we're all about eco-friendly options, and our teams utilise public transport for traveling

Role responsibilities:

Conduct viewings with prospective renters on a daily basis - travelling across London based on a time/location efficient schedule, set by our Operations team Provide support to prospective renters from viewing through to that ultimate decision stage of, yes we'll take it! Actively manage a customer base, developing a relationship as a trusted advisor Respond to the changing needs of prospective tenants, adopting a customer first mentality Sell the benefits of our quality properties based on local knowledge, as well as property insights - knowing the best parks, coffee shops, bars, or whatever suits the customers' lifestyle In quieter times jump on the phone to answer further enquiries - options for additional commission if you book in a viewing, conduct the viewing AND they move in! Work in partnership with with our Account Management teams and Operations teams to get the best out of our properties and operating processes Be a Home Made culture and values champion internally and externally - professionalism, integrity and customer centricity are key to our Viewing Consultants standing out from the rest, our expectations are high!

You enjoy the world of sales and embrace a customer-first mentality A self-starter who is driven to succeed and loves hitting targets You're a quick thinker and capable of assessing a customer's needs Possess fantastic organisational skills so you can manage and prioritise your time/tasks effectively No need for a driving license - we use public transport at Home Made
