We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Lettings Negotiator
to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within a reputable estate agency. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while achieving and exceeding lettings targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
Conducting property viewings and following up with feedback
Liaising with landlords and tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy
Generating new business through networking, canvassing, and referrals
Managing the tenancy process including referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins
Maintaining up-to-date records in CRM and internal systems
Meeting or exceeding monthly lettings and revenue targets
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in residential lettings
Proven track record of achieving targets in a sales-focused role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
