Role Overview
As a
Lettings Negotiator
, you'll be the face of Hemmingfords for tenants and landlords alike - guiding clients through the lettings journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. You'll register applicants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and coordinate lets from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone who loves property, people, and the thrill of closing a deal.
Key Responsibilities
Register and qualify new tenant enquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
Match applicants to suitable properties, arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords to achieve successful lets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
Work closely with the Property Management and Lettings Progression teams to ensure a smooth move-in process
Update and maintain records on the internal CRM system
Keep up to date with current market trends, rental yields, and compliance regulations
Deliver an exceptional client experience in line with Hemmingfords' service standards
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in residential lettings within London (preferred)
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
Organised, proactive, and highly motivated
Familiarity with property software (Alto experience desirable)
Full UK driving licence
