The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in managing the lettings process from start to finish, working closely with landlords, tenants and the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
Booking and conducting property viewings
Following up enquiries and negotiating offers
Matching tenants to suitable properties
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
Progressing agreed lets through to move-in
Carrying out regular call-outs to our database and generating new business
Keeping records and systems up to date
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident, friendly and well-presented
Comfortable on the phone and happy to speak with new people
Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
Motivated to hit targets and contribute to team success
Keen to learn and develop within the property industry
Essential:
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to work Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
Desirable but not essential:
Previous lettings or estate agency experience
Knowledge of the local area
