Lettings Negotiator

to join our

Loughton branch

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for property and a proven ability to deliver results. A minimum of

1 year's lettings experience

within an estate agency is essential. You'll need to be confident, personable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

A

full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

are required, along with

availability to work Saturdays

.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Handling inbound lettings enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancies from offer through to completion Generating new business through proactive prospecting and networking Producing high-quality property listings and marketing materials Updating our CRM system accurately and maintaining thorough records Assisting with tenancy progression, renewals, and compliance administration Supporting the wider lettings team with day-to-day office duties

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year's lettings experience within estate agency Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Ability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings Right to work in the UK (without restrictions)
Basic from 20,000 - 24,500 depending on experience OTE 45,000 - 50,000
