About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our in-house team and support the successful launch and ongoing lettings of a large portfolio of our modern city centre apartments.
You'll handle enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies, and provide exceptional customer experience to every applicant and tenant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming enquiries and qualify applicants efficiently. Arrange and conduct property viewings across the portfolio. Carry out inspections where required. Negotiate offers and support with progressing tenancies from offer to move in. Conduct referencing using software provided. Keep internal systems up to date with property details and availability. Deliver an outstanding experience for tenants and landlords alike. Conduct and manage move ins.
About You
1-2 year's experience in residential lettings preferred (negotiator or trainee level). Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Target driven and organised with good attention to detail. Knowledge of the Manchester rental market is an advantage. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
