Lettings Negotiator
to join our Manchester team at 361 Deansgate.
The Role
As a
Lettings Negotiator
, you'll be the first point of contact for potential tenants -- managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and securing lets across our Manchester portfolio.
You'll play a key role in maximising occupancy, driving rental income, and representing Nexis with professionalism and energy. It's a fast-paced, customer-focused role that suits someone with a passion for property and a drive to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to lettings enquiries via phone, email, and property portals.
Arrange and conduct viewings, showcasing properties and building rapport with tenants.
Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords to secure favourable outcomes.
Work closely with the Tenancy Progression team to ensure all compliance steps are completed.
Keep all listings, pricing, and availability updated across systems and marketing channels.
Support the Head of Lettings in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain clear communication with landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
Contribute to marketing initiatives, photography, and social media campaigns.
Provide feedback to landlords on market trends and rental performance.
What We're Looking For
Experience in lettings, property, or sales (estate agency experience preferred).
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Organised, proactive, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment.
