As
Lettings Negotiator
you will be joining our well-established estate agency and lettings team.
In this role you will be dealing with lettings whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing client's face to face or over the phone. The main purpose of the role is to generate and book leads, conduct property viewings and deal with lettings negotiations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Seeking out new listing opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and provide potential clients with relevant information
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
Provide market insight and expert advice to secure new instructions.
Build relationships with landlords to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants.
Lettings progression and tenancy management
Reach Lettings targets for the company.
Enhance branch revenue by cross-selling additional services.
Assist with maintenance issues that may arise throughout the tenancy
Deal with phone and email queries.
Social media posts.
What we are looking for:
An experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a role within a leading Estate Agency Business
Ability to handle paperwork, maintain records, and manage appointments effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Be target driven and tenacious
Be able to work effectively within a team
Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Display high standards of service and presentation
Have good organisational skills with the ability to manage own diary and workload
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Resilient, positive and organised
Full UK driving licence (essential) and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
