We're a well-established and growing business which specialises in lettings, property management and block management, and we pride ourselves on being different from other businesses in our sector. We offer a great package, including on-target first year earnings of 27k. Career progression and accordingly increased earnings are on the horizon for the right person.
Experience in the property sector is not essential; it's your personality, aptitude and attitude that will count. We will consider transferable skill-sets and full training will be provided.
Key Tasks:
Generating landlord leads.
Conducting viewings and securing tenancy applications.
Achieving agreed targets for new tenancies.
Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service for applicant tenants and landlords.
Marketing and presenting properties to the highest standard, including write-ups, photography and 3D virtual tours.
Essential:
Work experience in a target-driven environment of at least one year.
A will to exceed expectations.
Good at dealing with a diverse range of people.
Technically capable and embracing of software.
Positive demeanour and receptive to change.
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualified.
Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
