Job Description

Basic : We are looking for a full time lettings negotiator to join our evolving and innovative property business based in Central Oxford. The post requires the successful candidate to cover the front-end aspects of lettings primarily, which includes from supporting valuations/instructions to profiling tenants for viewings, carrying out viewings and closing in on offers/new lets. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a clear ability to become a business developer and generate the right tenants for the right properties/landlords to deliver an efficient and diligent service to our stakeholders.

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire (our offices are based in St Clements, Oxford)
Basic Salary: 28,000 per year
Commission: Uncapped (our commission rates offered will beat any other property company/agency in Oxford)
Bonuses: Quarterly (subject to agreed KPIs)
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Full Time)
Days: Monday - Friday (plus one Saturday per month)

Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (with access to your own vehicle - mileage paid at HMRC rates)
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Strong social media knowledge, with an interest in developing our marketing strategy
- Good collaboration and team building skills
- Growth mindset, with a vision to grow and develop through the organisation
