We are a well-established and fast-growing independent estate agency seeking an

experienced Lettings Negotiator

Key Responsibilities

Managing enquiries and registering new applicants Conducting property viewings and follow-ups Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Keeping CRM systems and paperwork accurate and up to date Assisting with general lettings administration as required

Requirements

Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator (min 12 months essential) Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent customer service and organisational ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence and

own car

(essential) Confident using property management/CRM systems
