Move On Sales and Lettings, a multi-award-winning agency dedicated to finding homes for individuals in Poole and Bournemouth, is seeking someone who is eager to learn from one of the best within the industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in renting out properties within our busy department and must have exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between landlords, and tenants to facilitate property transactions.
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate prices and terms of lettings agreements.
- Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.

Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.- Excellent administrative skills to manage documentation and paperwork efficiently.- Organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - MUST HAVE Lettings experience.
