Lettings Negotiator

What You'll Be Doing
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.
Managing the full lettings journey - from initial enquiries and viewings to negotiations and move-ins.
Conducting viewings with confidence and showcasing properties to their full potential.
Negotiating rental terms to deliver the best outcomes for all parties.
Keeping up to date with local market trends and sharing insights with clients.
Handling all associated lettings administration with accuracy and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
Previous lettings experience is ideal, but energy and ambition are just as important.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A natural people-person who delivers exceptional customer service.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Knowledge of the Bristol rental market is a bonus.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
