We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Representative with a minimum of 1 years experience.
Delaney's Estate Agents, have recently, expanded their business and are looking to add further value and support to our present team in Harold Wood . This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property, strong client relationship skills, and a good understanding of the lettings process.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and
property viewings and open house
Negotiate lettings agreements and manage applications
Provide advice on local lettings market condition
Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation
Maintain accurate records and client documentation
Work collaboratively to achieve team targets
Represent the business professionally at local events
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year's experience in estate agency lettings
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Customer-focused and professional approach
Full UK driving licence required
