The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring smooth lease agreements. Duties
Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including advertising available properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating lease terms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets and rental rates to optimise occupancy levels.
Liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and external agencies to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly.
Prepare tenancy agreements, conduct reference checks, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Organise property inspections, maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Keep detailed records of all lettings activities and update the property management system regularly.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and handling enquiries efficiently.
Skills
Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.

Experience
Whilst previous experience in the lettings/ estate agency industry is advantageous it is not essential and training can be provided.
