Hungry and determined individual required to perform an upfront lettings role and convert viewings in to deals.

Were looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Lettings Representative to take up the position as Lettings Negotiator. The successful applicant will need to be well-presented and well-spoken with a full driving licence and knowledge of the local area. With strong incentives for hitting targets, the candidate must be ambitious and driven to succeed.

Registering Applicants Booking and conductingviewings Provide written andverbal viewing feedback to Landlords Building rapport withLandlords Negotiating andputting forward offers by written and verbal means Running the toutingsystem in a quick efficient manner Updating the LandlordDirectory with new leads Calling through theLandlord Directory and trying to secure valuations Matching propertiesand undergoing call rounds Devising marketingmaterial and assisting in marketing campaigns Keeping the shop windowupdated Booking Valuations

Hours

Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm

Fridays - 9am to 5pm

Rotational Saturdays

28 days holiday including bankholidays
