Belvoir Southampton are an independent lettings & estate agency which was set up over 12 years ago and is based on London Road. All aspects of the business are run from our Southampton office from valuations, marketing properties, viewings, processing tenancies, property management through to the final check out and the process begins again. We have an experienced team of people in the office and Belvoir is part of a greater franchise group of over 400 independent agents across the UK.
The Lettings Negotiator position is full time working from our office on London Road and the main aspects of the job will be:
Assisting with the marketing of the properties on the property portals & matching applicants on the current mailing list with properties on the market.
Dealing with the day to day enquiries received from the various property portals and personal callers to the office
Discussing with applicants their property requirements
Booking viewings with applicants and liaising with the current tenant/owner for access
Follow up on viewings
Maintaining regular contact with landlords
On completion of viewings discussing the proposed tenancy with the applicant and agreeing the final details of the tenancy
Assisting with the tenancy administration, referencing, documentation etc
Assisting with sales viewings
Assisting with marketing for new business
Updating social media platforms
You will be an integral part of our business helping us to bring a very personal service to all our clients.
And what can you expect as Lettings Negotiator with Belvoir Southampton:
Earnings: basic salary of up to 28,000 plus a very strong commission package
Business mileage @ 45p per mile

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
The ability to work on your own as well as a team
A minimum of 5 years customer service experience
A minimum of 5 years experience in the lettings industry
A can-do positive attitude
An enthusiastic approach to the job combined with a strong work ethic.
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills - both spoken and verbal
Full clean driving licence and access to a car for work
Always looking to excel at every opportunity
