Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team in the Lettings Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating property lettings transactions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business. A full drivers licence and own car is essential.

Duties:

- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants

- Negotiate rental agreements between tenants and landlords

- Market properties through various channels to attract potential clients

- Provide guidance to clients on property values, market trends, and legal requirements

- Maintain accurate records of property listings and transactions

- Liaise with Referencing companies to ensure the smooth lettings process.

- Handle inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, or in person

Skills:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
