Salary:

Circa 22,000 + uncapped commission

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8:45am-6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-5pm(with a day off in lieu)

Lettings Negotiator

to join our successful Residential Lettings team. This is an exciting chance to build a rewarding career in a well-established local agency that truly values its people.

What you'll be doing:



Being the first point of contact for applicants - handling walk-ins and phone enquiries with confidence and professionalism Booking and conducting property viewings with potential tenants Supporting landlords and tenants with queries, ensuring a seamless experience Managing and updating client records in line with GDPR Ensuring new tenancies progress smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with a supportive team who love what they do

What we're looking for:



At least 1 year's experience in a customer service role - retail, hospitality, office-based... if you've worked with people, we want to hear from you Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential A detail-focused, well-organised, and reliable approach to your work A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner being able to negotiate and handle challenging situations tactfully. Someone who's self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word Familiarity with St Albans and the surrounding area is a bonus
