About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Able to work efficiently in a busy environment. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Highly motivated and driven to succeed. Capable of managing their workload independently. A car owner with a valid driving license. Experienced in the workplace (5+ years). Genuinely interested in property. Familiar with account/bookkeeping (preferred but not essential).

Your Role:

As a Lettings negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

Processing rental applications. Managing maintenance orders for residential lettings. Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Conducting check-out and inventory reports. Taking property photos and creating floor plans. Chasing rent and landlord payments. Handling bank reconciliation. Booking annual safety assessments for managed properties. Discussing and selling additional services to landlords and tenants, such as rent guarantee insurance and rent increase services.

Working Hours:

5 days a week: Week 1: Monday to Friday Week 2: Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week) Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
