We wish to recruit an Lettings Administrator/Negotiator for our Lettings Office in Coleraine. working as a member of a professional team in a high profile office the successful applicant should be self motivated and be able to provide a top quality service together with a high level of customer care.

Duties



Arranging viewings , carrying out routine house inspections. Deal with repair issues between tenant , landlord and contractors. Utilise strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively.

Experience



Previous experience in lettings is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proven organisational skills that enable you to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Driving license required
