The responsibilities of a Lettings Property Lister

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Negotiate Terms of Business of engagement and work towards successful completion Work alongside your team members to achieve greater results Maintaining accurate records Reviewing sales performance Working towards monthly or annual targets Provide clients with costings

The Rewards

Earnings will comprise a basic salary plus commission and bonuses with an OTE in excess of 30,000pa

Requirements:

Persuasive Positive communicator with good listening skills Ability to present arguments using disturbance of consequences Have a thirst and regular interest in LEARNING Closing skills Attention to detail and thorough Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations Focused on Customer Service to ensure all clients are lavished and impressed Team player Approachable Patient and strategic Local Knowledge Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Hands-on experience with CRM software is a bonus

Results

Speak to a minimum of 10 prospective Landlords per day Book a minimum of 1 market appraisal per day (20 per month) Work to a minimum of 15 Listings per month Zero diary actions with no daily carry over Zero complaints 3 Positive reviews per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,500.00-40,000.00 per year
