Job Description

EVE Property are looking to recruit an ambitious, self motivated Lettings Property Manager to join their successful team based in their busy Glasgow office.

You must have minimum 2 years residential property lettings experience and have current ARLA/ LAS accreditation - a full clean driving license is also required.

Attention to detail, ability to work as both part of a team as well as using individual initiative, completing tasks to tight deadlines along with a demonstrable track record in developing new business streams are just some of the essential criteria the ideal candidate must have.

A brief outline of the job description -

Property Repairs - coordinating repairs with tenants, landlords and contractors

Managing full property compliance - arranging health and safety requirements

Tenant rent accounts - managing arrears in line with company policy

Arranging property inspections and reporting findings to landlords

Managing tenancies on behalf of landlords, deposit management, tenancy ending process, repairs, neighbour complaints

Preparing properties for market - compiling property advert, key check, compliance check

Updating property operating systems

Updating key logs and leases as appropriate

Managing the day to day operations of a busy lettings office, along with any other tasks the business requires

A confident, self starter who can manage their time effectively and efficiently, is I.T proficient at all levels and can manage a busy rental portfolio is the ideal candidate. Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
