to manage applicant enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress tenancies from offer to move-in. You will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service to landlords and tenants while maintaining accurate, compliant tenancy files.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries (phone, email, portals), qualify applicants, and maintain CRM records
Arrange and conduct viewings; provide clear guidance to applicants and landlords
Negotiate offers and tenancy terms; agree lets in line with landlord instructions and company policy
Progress tenancies from offer stage through referencing, document collection, and move-in coordination
Support Right to Rent processes in line with policy and guidance
Prepare and maintain accurate tenancy paperwork and audit-ready files
Provide regular updates to landlords/tenants and coordinate key tenancy milestones (renewals, inspections, move-outs)
Essential Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
(clear communication with UK landlords, tenants, contractors, and local authorities)
Strong negotiation and customer-service skills, with a target-driven mindset
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Confident using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Right to work in the UK
(evidence required at offer stage & checks applied consistently to all candidates)
Desirable
Previous residential lettings / estate agency experience of 5 years +
Knowledge of UK lettings compliance and tenancy progression processes
Full UK driving licence (helpful for viewings, not mandatory)
