Base salary:

28,000

depending on experience Uncapped commission on landlord instructions and furniture pack sales

Realistic OTE: 50,000

The Role

This is a

sales role

. Not property management. Not admin.

CasaCity is hiring a

Lettings Sales Manager

to drive new business across:

Short-term lets Medium-term lets Long-term lets In-house furniture packs
You are responsible for

winning new landlord clients

and converting them onto the CasaCity platform.

Monthly targets are clear:

7 new landlord clients per month

2 furniture packs sold per month

We have a dedicated property management team. Once a deal is closed, you hand it over.

This role suits a driven lettings or property sales professional who wants pace, accountability, and commission.

What You Will Be Doing

Actively sourcing and closing new landlord and investor opportunities Pitching CasaCity's lettings and short-stay models Winning instructions across Manchester Selling in-house furniture packs as part of onboarding Running landlord meetings, calls and site visits Building and managing a strong sales pipeline Hitting and exceeding monthly targets
Who This Role Is For

Minimum

2 years of experience

in lettings or property sales Proven new business generation and closing ability Target-driven and commercially minded Confident dealing with landlords and investors Organised, proactive, and resilient
Who This Role Is Not For

Property managers Admin-focused candidates Anyone uncomfortable with targets or commission
A full UK driving licence is required.
