Arden Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint additional Lettings Stewards to work as part of a team providing a friendly and courteous service to all users of the school facilities. This is a casual vacancy which will involve being available for work on evenings and/or weekends. As you will be working as part of a team applications are welcomed from candidates who can offer times across evenings and/or weekends to enable us to meet the demands of our hires across our sites.

Vacancies are open to candidates who are interested in working at the following school sites:

Arden Academy (Knowle - B93 0PT)

,

Lode Heath School (Solihull - B91 2HW).

Currently the following hours require cover across the schools; applications will be accepted from those who are interested in working either or both of these. Additional hours may be available depending on bookings.

Arden Academy

- Saturdays 8.15am - 3.15pm

Lode Heath School

- Wednesdays 4.45pm - 10.15pm

Successful applicants will take responsibility for Health & Safety during hiring periods and in particular securing the premises after use. Our clients will look to you to support with bookings including providing required equipment and acting as a first aider/ emergency contact. It will be important to ensure that all clients comply with the terms and conditions of hire and that any incidents that may occur are reported. Inspections, supervision and some cleaning of the facilities, to ensure high standards are consistently maintained is a key element of the role.

Qualities required:

Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills Ability to assist with set up and take down equipment eg. sports equipment as required by the hirers Good administrative skills including use of an online booking system along with Microsoft packages such as Outlook and Word
