Salary:

23,000 basic (plus guaranteed earnings for the first three months)

On-Target Earnings:

30,000 - 40,000

Work Pattern:

Five days per week, including some Saturdays (two on, one off)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated

Lettings Lister / Valuer

to join our team.
You'll be the face of the business - valuing properties, winning instructions, building relationships, and helping clients throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and convert them into listings Generate and follow up on new business opportunities Prospect for new properties and arrange viewings Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with your team to share ideas and drive results
About You

Proven experience securing listings and developing new business Ambitious, self-driven, and target-focused Excellent communication and customer service skills Passionate about property and helping people move home Honest, professional, and dependable

Full UK driving licence required
