Lettings Negotiator/Administrator
Winnard Property Group are looking to take on a Lettings/sales negotiator.
An exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who is looking to learn and develop in the Sales/Letting and Property Management sector. The candidate must be proficient with computer software, have organisational, prioritisation and negotiation skills and maintain good standards of professionalism and customer-focused services
The role will involve
Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancies
Booking tenant property viewings on our CRM system
Completing Tenant referencing, agreeing and arranging tenant move-in dates.
Managing properties including dealing with utility companies checking tenants in/out.
Arranging and renewing property rent insurance policies
Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information
Assisting in office organisation, reception and registration of tenants.
Matching tenants/purchasers to the right properties and providing them with property information
Promoting properties using various marketing techniques
Keeping the Team/Manager updated on all progress and problems
Sales & Negotiation - Managing property sales from offer to completion, ensuring the best results for clients.
Client Liaison - Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors.
Reviewing progress of current sales and advising sellers on marketing strategies to increase interest.
Hours will be 37.5 hours per week Monday-Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, part-time considered
Starting Salary: 23,809.50 per year
