We are seeking a talented and passionate beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in Nail Tech and Brow/Lash services, and customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services while also managing front desk operations and engaging with clients through social media platforms.

Duties

Provide a range of beauty services including builder gel nails and extensions, brow and lash tints, waxes & laminations. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by offering outstanding guest services and hospitality. Manage front desk duties, including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and handling inquiries. Utilise effective communication skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the salon's online presence. Upsell products and services to clients, contributing to overall salon growth. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.

Qualifications

Level 2 qualification. Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes is preferred. Certification in relevant beauty treatments Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining client relationships.
