Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Level 2 childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, while effectively managing their daily activities and fostering their development.

Duties

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare. Manage daily routines including meal times, nap times, and play activities. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as necessary. Drive initiatives that encourage social skills, creativity, and emotional growth among children. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Level 2 in Childcare is required Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire children in their learning journey. Excellent communication skills Welsh and English is essential Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanour in a busy environment. A genuine love for working with children and understanding their needs. Previous experience of working with 2 - 4 year olds is also essential
