Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, positive and dedicated Level 2 Gymnastics Coach to join our team. Evolve32 Gymnastics Academy is a growing, community-focused club, passionate about empowering and inspiring young children. We are expanding our Recreational and Acro programmes and looking for a qualified gymnastics coach to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver structured gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and ability levels. Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures for various gymnastics routines and equipment. Monitor gymnasts progress, providing constructive feedback to improve performance and using our Levels scheme. Ensure all training activities adhere to health and safety regulations. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment Contribute to organising competitions and displays to showcase gymnasts skills. Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean and safe at all times.

Qualifications

Recognised Level 2 Coaching qualification with either British Gymnastics or Independent Gymnastics Affiliation. An enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to undergo this). Current safeguarding and Protecting Children Certification. First aid certification is desirable but not essential; training can be provided if necessary. Proven experience in coaching or teaching gymnastics or similar disciplines. Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and training methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct gymnasts effectively. Organised with the ability to plan engaging training sessions suited to different skill levels. First aid certification is desirable but not essential; training can be provided if necessary. A genuine passion for sports coaching and working with young people.

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
