Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)

Hours: Part-time - 3 days per week (24-30 hours)

Contract: Maternity Cover (with potential for extension)

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our growing nursery team. Due to maternity cover needs and a significant increase in our nursery numbers, we are excited to be recruiting a Nursery Float Practitioner who will work across both of our play rooms.

The Role:

As a Nursery Float Practitioner, you will:

Support children's learning and development across both play rooms Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment Work collaboratively with room staff to maintain high standards of care Follow the EYFS framework and nursery policies Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
About You:

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Is passionate about working with young children Is flexible, reliable and confident working across different age groups Has a warm, caring and positive approach
Desirable (but not essential):

Up-to-date Safeguarding training

Paediatric First Aid certificate

Food Hygiene training
