This is a

30-35 hour per week position

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner at Country Kids, you will be a key part of our day-to-day nursery life. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to learn through play.

Your role will include:

Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support individual development Observing, assessing, and contributing to children's learning journeys Supporting children's personal care routines and promoting independence Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure the highest standards of care and education
We welcome applications from candidates holding

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications

, as well as

NNEB, HLTA or QTS

. A genuine passion for working with young children and a positive, caring approach are essential.

Please note: the advertised starting wage applies to employees aged 21 and over. Employees under the age of 21 will begin on a lower pay bracket.
