Summary

We are seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to join our team at Little Gems Day Nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their development. This position is essential for upholding our commitment to high standards of childcare.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development. Manage daily nursery routines and ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment. Support the emotional and social development of each child through positive interactions. Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of practice. Safeguard and ensure the safety of each child.

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential. Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Leadership qualities are desirable but not mandatory.
