Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring a holistic approach to child care and learning Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children, encouraging their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Build strong relationships with children and parents, fostering open communication and partnership Conduct observations and assessments to track and promote children's progress and development Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a high standard of care and education Adhere to health and safety regulations and nursery policies at all times Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with young children and commitment to their development and well-being Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK
