We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Counter Assistant for 3 days per week including time spent on the BTEC course with SWC.
You will complete a BTEC level 2 certificate in the Principles and Practice for pharmacy support staff. It is only available to candidates who are employed in a pharmacy.

This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a busy environment and has a genuine interest in what we do.
Duties
Greet and assist customers at the counter, providing information about products.
Hand out prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Restock shelves, monitor stock levels and expiry dates
Process incoming orders accurately
Skills
Previous experience in retail or healthcare is desirable but an interest in our product range and knowledge of natural and herbal supplements is more important!
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards their needs.
