Kilcreggan Homes are excited to announce the ongoing development of our services. We are seeking to employ Level 2 support workers for this excellent opportunity to become involved in our services supporting adults with complex needs in their own home.
We would like to recruit up to 10 support workers for an immediate start at a new enhanced rate, based on 38 hour per week. We are a registered charity that provides person centred services to people who have learning disabilities, autism and acquired brain injury.
To support tenants in daily living tasks
To provide one to one support to our tenants and service users with a broad range of learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions.
To work as part of our team to ensure Kilcreggan continues to provide opportunities for our service users to lead lives they choose.
Essential criteria:
An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Understand what it means to provide support in a person centred way.
Be able to demonstrate that you have skills and attributes required to enhance the client's lives.
Experience in working with clients who have learning disability and / or Autistic Spectrum Conditions
Desirable criteria:
Registered with NISCC.
Working knowledge of Autistic Spectrum Conditions
